　I am a government officer related with construction area and as my job shows I am a member of decision maker in the committee.
　Every time when I join there I was not there to contribute my women idea I can barely see female member among committee and most of female expression amount is less than male. The population ration consist of male and female in half, but most of committee members are males. Typically civil area does not have female idea for a long time until now. Subway road, tunnel and bridge need female view of point though I present the female view on the project we faced, but male committee reluctantly gave me faint smile instead of welcome my suggestion with open arms.
　I think the society need female idea much more than before not like the past we had. The female different view should put on the new subject with open mind. I dare think the decision making should not dominate by only male. Now days the woman expression ration is rising to make better future, and gender equality is one of them.

　私は建設関係の公務員で、委員会の委員もしています。
　いつも委員会では、男性に比べて女性のメンバーが少なく、発言量も少なく、私の意見が貢献することも少ない状態です。
　人口の半分は女性です。しかしながら、委員会メンバーのほとんどが男性のため、長い間、現在に至るまで、公共空間に女性のアイデアはあまり活かされていませんでした。でも、地下鉄、トンネル、橋などには、女性の視点で設計することが必要です。
　私たちが今検討している計画に女性の視点をプレゼンテーションしましたが、男性委員は私の提案を心から受け入れずに、にたにたしていました。
　私は、社会が以前に比べてずっと女性の意見を必要としていると思います。新しい計画には男性とは異なる女性の視点を素直に取り入れるべきです。
　私は、男性だけが意思決定することはやめるべきだと思います。女性の意見は、未来をより良いものにします。それを実現するためには、男女平等が重要と言えます。
