Gender Equality　男女平等

　My name is Xiang Meng. I came to Japan in 2011 and I have been working in Hitachi Architects & Engineers since 2014. In our company, women and men work together on equal terms while we have the same opportunity of getting a career promotion. Furthermore, the protection of women’s rights is highly valued that any kind of workplace violence, sexual harassment for example, is strictly prohibited. As for me, elimination of all forms of violence against women should be the first prority on Gender Equality.

　私はXiang MENGです。2011年に来日し、2014年から株式会社日立建設設計で働いています。私の会社では、昇進の機会均等など同じ条件で女性と男性は一緒に働いています。さらに、女性の権利保護は非常に尊重されており、例えばセクハラなど職場でのあらゆる暴力は、固く禁止されています。
　女性に対するあらゆる暴力の排除が、男女平等の最優先事項になると思います。
